The Founder: Michael Burrow
Meet Michael Burrow, the visionary founder of our organization. Since 2017, Michael has dedicated his career to uncovering the real challenges families face. His methodical approach involved four years of rigorous research and analysis, where he conducted insightful interviews with over 1,500 families and more than 70 law enforcement officers.
This extensive engagement has equipped him with a profound understanding of community needs. Michael is passionate about addressing these issues head-on, converting insights into actionable solutions.
